A gastronomic journey through history at the Imperial restaurant

For Vilnius’s 700th birthday, the chef at Imperial has prepared a menu for a gastronomic journey through history based on the recipes of the legendary dishes of the Lithuanian nobility!

Menu included in the offer:

• Cold appetizer – pressed veal wrapped in suckling pig bacon served with a quail egg, asparagus, girolle mushrooms and parsley sauce
• Main course – noble sturgeon with porcini mushrooms, crayfish tails and Džiugas cheese
• Dessert – noble marzipan cake with nuts, dried fruit and honey (13th century)
