26 January. St Christopher Awards

In January 2023, Vilnius recognised the most deserving Vilnius residents, organisations and institutions for the 25th time and presented them with statuettes of St Christopher, the patron saint of the capital. The city’s residents, institutions and organisations had until 2 December 2022 to nominate candidates for the awards. The St Christopher statuettes are given every year for achievements in culture and art, health, sports, business, tourism, law enforcement, charity and other areas.
